Since 2000, we have been providing customers from China and international market with high quality elastomer products. We focus on production and sale of a wide range of standard and custom technical rubber seals and rubber extrusion products.
Our product line includes extruded rubber profiles, radiator hoses and rubber molded parts. As a leading EPDM automotive sealing system and mouldings manufacturer, we offer weather-strips, rubber door seal, window channels, edge protectors; sealing profiles; glazing profiles; sponge rubber profiles, custom-made products; injection-molded rubber parts and other technical rubber products for OEM (original equipment manufacturer). From edge protectors, sealing profiles to glazing profiles we manufacture bonded or vulcanised frames and rings, fixed lengths or meter cuts to custom, small series included. Standard profiles can be coated with flock or spray varnish.

e.g. Traditional vehicle window glass run channels are usually made of EPDM rubber and the surface is covered with flocking (nylon fibers) or abrasion resistant PU coating. Hebei Shida Seal Group successfully developed glass run channel made of Thermoplastic Vulcanizates(TPV) and glass run channel made of EPDM rubber with TPE slip-coating. The abrasion resistance is greatly improved.
